## Description

StickDo is a Copenhagen-based practice that combines traditional martial arts with neuroscience and movement science to help people build body awareness, manage stress and stay focused under pressure. Rooted in martial arts, Zen and Daoist philosophy, its approach is organized around three foundations: grounding the body, calming the nervous system through natural breathing, and developing focused attention. The method also draws on Dr. Les Fehmi’s research on Open Focus.

Led by Marcus, a two-time SKIF World Karate Champion, six-time national champion, sport physiotherapist and Open Focus Certified practitioner, StickDo offers one-to-one training for athletes, executive coaching and workshops for teams and companies. Individuals can also explore Open Focus or physiotherapy treatments. Programmes are designed to support balance, recovery, concentration and coordination in sport and at work, with the same core practice adapted to different needs. StickDo presents its work as a practical way to return to a calmer, more balanced and present state through simple movement, breath and attention. It also runs full-day Open Focus workshops in Copenhagen.
