# Stief-coach - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `stief-coach.nl` ## Description Stief-coach is the coaching and training practice of Annette van der Maarel, who has supported people in stepfamilies since 2012. Its work focuses on helping stepparents and biological parents manage the pressures and distinctive dynamics of blended family life, build healthier relationships, and create more calm and connection at home. The main offering is Samen Stief – Samen Sterk, a self-paced online training arranged in seven modules. It combines videos, written material, practical exercises, and guided meditations, covering topics such as emotional self-management, setting boundaries, finding your role in the family, strengthening relationships with stepchildren, and reconnecting as partners. Participants can work through the materials in their own time. Stief-coach also offers individual coaching, a free introductory strategy call, and a free mini-lesson on reducing stepfamily stress. Its paid resources include the e-book Het geheim van een gelukkig stiefgezin, which provides information, insights, tips, and tools. Through these services, Annette aims to help families develop practical understanding and make positive changes in everyday life. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Mental Health _(under Health)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Romance and Relationships _(under Community and Society)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idZv8XFBuW/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791705872420) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Raw Sienna | #d49341 | accent | | Redwood | #5e230e | dark | | Mercury | #e2e2e2 | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
