## Description

Stilleven is a women-focused wellbeing brand offering reflective, body-centred experiences for navigating life transitions. Its programme includes workshops and one-to-one sessions, with a particular focus on the physical, mental and emotional changes associated with perimenopause and menopause. Stilleven’s approach is grounded in personal experience, thoughtful inquiry and practical knowledge, creating space for participants to explore what is happening in their bodies and how it affects daily life and relationships.

Sessions may combine inquiry, yoga, somatic movement, meditation and centering exercises, alongside tools for calming the nervous system. Participants are also offered exercises, recipes and other practical guidance to help them discover what feels supportive in their own circumstances. Rather than promising to fix symptoms, Stilleven emphasizes easing discomfort, offering relief and making room for each person’s individual process. Its accessible, gently structured activities are designed to be approached with care, respect and a sense of lightness. Stilleven’s offerings include a scheduled afternoon for women in the (peri)menopause at Bindi in Amersfoort, guided by Lotte Consten.
