## Description

STINL, the Science, Technology and Innovation National Laboratory, is a Cambodian institution that provides laboratory and technical services supporting industry and science. Its origins date to 1992, when it was established as the Research Office of the Technical Industrial Department under the Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Energy. On June 1, 2005, Proclamation No. 377 MME.DITSP renamed the office the Industrial Laboratory Center of Cambodia (ILCC). On April 6, 2020, Sub-Decree No. 48 ANKR.BK established its current name, STINL.

The organization offers analytical testing through specialist laboratories covering microbiology, water chemistry, food chemistry, non-food chemistry, and mechanical, electrical, and electronic testing.
