They offer various formation programs, including Sacramental Preparation, Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, Discipleship Groups, Special Needs, Youth Ministry, Young Adult Formation, and Adult Formation. For children (toddler to 5th grade), St. Jerome provides a weekly formation program on Sundays, helping them encounter God and grow in their relationship with Him.

They also offer traditional classroom sessions and the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, which utilizes the Montessori method of education to engage children in the Catholic Faith. For youth (6th to 12th grade), St. Jerome offers Discipleship Groups, where they can explore their faith and develop a deeper relationship with Christ.

There are classes available on both Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings for middle and high school students. St. Jerome Parish is also dedicated to serving individuals with special needs.

Their Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for children with special needs to receive catechesis at their own pace. Young adults (20's and 30's) can join the Young Adult Ministry, which aims to inspire discipleship and authentic friendships centered around Jesus. Adults, aged 18 and older, have opportunities to gather and receive formation through the Adult Ministry, enriching their own faith and that of their families.
