## Description

St. Johannis Lifestyle Estate is a senior living community in Parow, in Cape Town’s northern suburbs, set on the slopes of the Tygerberg Hills with views of Table Mountain. Established in 1981 as an initiative of the Lutheran Church and Cape Town’s German-speaking community, the organisation has since welcomed residents from diverse denominations and cultures. German speakers may find a familiar community, while the estate serves seniors with a range of backgrounds and needs.

St. Johannis offers both independent living and care services. Accommodation options include life-right units at St. Johannis Gardens and sectional-title units at St. Johannis Park, with units available to purchase or rent. Residents can access assisted living, frail care and memory care according to their individual needs and abilities. The estate also provides assisted-living accommodation at Mountain View.

Its location offers convenient access to hospitals, specialist clinics, shopping centres, churches and major road links, and is about 15 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. St.
