## Description

St. John's Restaurant in Chattanooga TN is a historic gem housed in the former St. John's Hotel building. With a rich past, this flatiron building has been transformed from a hotel to a brothel before eventually falling into disrepair. However, local architect and preservationist Thomas Johnson stepped in and rescued the building from condemnation and demolition in the 1990s. Under the careful restoration efforts of Johnson, St. John's Restaurant has emerged as a culinary destination known for its exceptional dining experience. Led by Executive Chef Patrick Sawyer, the restaurant offers a menu that showcases a fusion of flavors and culinary techniques, resulting in exquisite dishes that delight the senses. Additionally, St. John's Restaurant is accompanied by St. John's Meeting Place, providing a unique space for private events and gatherings. Visitors can also explore the building's upper floors, which feature luxury apartments and various businesses. Immerse yourself in the history and flavors of St. John's Restaurant, an establishment that combines impeccable cuisine with a captivating atmosphere.
