## Description

The Alberta Stock Horse Association (ASHA) is a nonprofit organization supporting reined cow horse and stock horse enthusiasts across Alberta. Founded in 2010 as the Northern Alberta Reined Cow Horse Club, it adopted its current name in 2024. The association aims to introduce competitors to the show arena while preserving and promoting the traditions of the vaquero horse and cattle-working style. Its events combine reining patterns with judged cattle work, giving riders opportunities to compete and develop their skills.
