## Description

Storm2 is a US-focused FinTech recruitment agency and executive search firm connecting organizations with senior and executive talent. With six years embedded in the US FinTech market, the company draws on established relationships and specialist networks to help employers reach candidates who may not be actively seeking new roles. It works with businesses from founding teams and early-stage startups to Series A–C, late-stage and public companies, including investor-backed organizations.

Storm2 offers three hiring services: permanent staffing for senior specialists, contingent staffing for vetted contractors, and executive search for business-critical leadership appointments. Its recruitment expertise covers AI, data and analytics, software engineering, product management, finance and operations, law and legal, risk and compliance, and sales and marketing. The firm serves FinTech verticals including payments, digital banking, lending, wealthtech, accounting technology, regtech, insurtech, blockchain and cryptocurrency, and trading.

Storm2 also provides hiring resources such as salary guides, market benchmarks, industry insights, reports, webinars, templates and job descriptions. Its Future Leaders Network helps the company stay connected with emerging FinTech leaders.
