STPI | Delhi is a premier S&T organization under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) in India. They are dedicated to promoting the IT/ITES industry, innovation, R&D, startups, and product creation in emerging technologies such as IoT, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision, and Robotics. They also focus on areas like Augmented & Virtual Reality, Animation & Visual Effects, Data Science & Analytics, and more.

To support and nurture technology startups, STPI has established 22 Centres of Entrepreneurship (CoEs), including Electropreneur Park, FinBlue, MedTech CoE, and Animation CoE, among others. They aim to become India's largest technology startup ecosystem, driving the country's transformation into a software product nation. STPI offers state-of-the-art infrastructure, mentoring, skilling, market connections, and other vital support services to startups across India.

They have also launched the Next Generation Incubation Scheme (NGIS) to provide comprehensive support, services, and seed funding to startups. With a presence in 63 centres and 11 jurisdictional directorates, STPI has played a crucial role in promoting IT-led growth in India. Their efforts have contributed significant software exports and have made India a preferred IT destination
