The Social Transformation Project (STP) was a dynamic movement building effort that served as a catalyst for progressive social change leaders from 2008 to 2022. In collaboration with the Rockwood Leadership Institute, STP developed transformative leadership and organizational development tools for social change organizations and coalitions. They trained and connected numerous coaches, facilitators, and organizational consultants, equipping them with the art of transformational consulting.

Led by co-founder Robert Gass, this body of work left a lasting legacy. Throughout their existence, STP provided support to prominent leaders, encouraging collaboration across various sectors and sparking innovative solutions to our collective challenges. They facilitated powerful networks, fostering relationships and fostering shared analysis and emergent strategies at the intersections of gender, racial, economic, worker, and climate justice movements.
