Strada Education Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employment. Established in 1960 as United Student Aid Funds, Strada has evolved significantly over the decades. In 2017, it was rebranded to focus on creating more equitable pathways for students to access quality education and fulfilling careers. Strada operates on five strategic focus areas: Clear Outcomes, Quality Coaching, Affordability, Work-Based Learning, and Employer Alignment. These areas are designed to enhance support, collaboration, and alignment for students, making education-to-employment pathways more accessible and affordable. Headquartered in Indianapolis with an office in Washington, D.C., Strada collaborates with various education providers, employers, and key stakeholders across the nation. Its goal is to ensure that every individual, regardless of their starting point, can visualize their future, find a suitable educational path, and successfully navigate toward their career aspirations. Through research, grantmaking, and strategic investments, Strada aims to pave a better future for all learners.
