Stragier is a well-established brand in Middelkerke, Wilskerke, known for their exceptional fruit trading business. Their family-owned company, BVBA Firma, led by Roger Stragier, has been delivering the finest quality of potatoes, exotic fruits, and vegetables for years. However, due to planned construction works in the Spermaliestraat, they are unfortunately compelled to close their store.

The construction will begin on September 5, 2022, and extend until spring 2023, rendering them inaccessible. Subsequent phases will include road excavation for sewer works and the installation of a renewed road with bike lanes. The works are expected to conclude in spring 2025.

Kevin Stragier will join the Vlaemynck team, providing fruit and vegetables to hospitality customers in the Middelkerke region, while Marc Stragier will be part of a wholesale fruit and vegetable company in Roeselare. The Stragier family and the entire Surcouf team are grateful to their loyal customers for their years of collaboration. Though it is the end of an era, they cherish the countless unforgettable moments shared.
