## Description

HumanSupport is a Denmark-based coaching and leadership development organisation serving businesses and individuals. Founded by Jesper Peter Rasmussen, it helps leaders, athletes, artists and others perform and grow while keeping people at the centre. Its approach is built on fairness and generosity, which the organisation sees as foundations for trust, strong cultures and sustainable results.

HumanSupport offers leadership programmes and coaching that combine emotional resilience with practical leadership tools. The programmes help participants make clear decisions, manage pressure, strengthen relationships and build healthier, more effective workplaces. Its work also addresses mental wellbeing and performance in fields such as business, sport and the music industry. The website features programmes, publications, leadership coaches, stress specialists and client case studies.

HumanSupport describes its goal as supporting lasting change, wellbeing and sustainable performance rather than focusing on results alone. Its client examples include leadership development, support for organisational transitions, improved team dynamics and mental health initiatives.
