## Description

Streusel is a Swiss baking blog created by Judith Erdin, a baker and confectioner who shares recipes rooted in natural ingredients, careful preparation and traditional craft. Its collection covers breads and rolls, pastries, cakes, tarts, ice creams and sorbets, savoury baking, confectionery, chocolates and baking components. Recipes range from familiar Swiss favourites to seasonal creations, with options for different dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan and low-FODMAP selections. Alongside recipes, Streusel offers practical baking advice, ingredient explanations, technique guides and reviews of kitchen equipment, drawing on Erdin’s professional baking knowledge. The site also features a podcast, appearances and event information, and opportunities for lectures, press enquiries and collaborations. Visitors can purchase Streusel’s baking books, including recipes not published on the blog, as well as useful baking tools made by hand in Switzerland. A monthly newsletter shares new recipes, competitions and updates on the blog’s experiments. Streusel presents baking as both a joyful pursuit and a hands-on practice, emphasizing homemade results and transparent credit for its original work.
