## Description

Stride4ward Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), their families, and caregivers. Its mission is to help people with diverse abilities find meaningful activities, build relationships, and feel connected, seen, and supported.

The organization’s Everyday Strides platform brings together learning, creative activities, games, and practical resources to make daily planning easier and offer individuals more choices, particularly when day programs or community activities are unavailable. Messaging and virtual or in-person meetups help participants, caregivers, families, and friends share interests and strengthen connections.

Stride4ward also develops affordable and free immersive room experiences for group homes and day habilitation programs. Designed to support calm, connection, and emotional well-being, these spaces are intended to fit into everyday environments. Its community respite programs include outings to local sporting events, parks, museums, and other cultural and recreational destinations. In addition, art programs encourage expression through art and poetry, with print-on-demand sales and biannual art shows.
