## Description

Strike Clubs provides boxing and fitness training designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Led by certified boxing trainer and personal trainer Gary Brill, the program combines boxing with walking, cardio, stretching, balance, coordination, and strength exercises. Its approach recognizes that each person’s symptoms, stamina, and abilities differ, so workouts and individual programs are tailored to clients and adjusted to their needs.

Services include small-group classes, one-on-one instruction, personal training, and in-home individual sessions. Strike Clubs emphasizes attentive coaching, safety, encouragement, and practical movement training, with the goal of helping participants stay active and work on mobility and physical function. The organization describes exercise as an important part of managing Parkinson’s and offers training at what it calls individual-training attention with class-level pricing, as well as reasonable rates.

Strike Clubs serves clients in New York City and has announced plans to open Big Boxing and Big Walking programs in South Florida. Its website also features Parkinson’s resources, news and events, press coverage, and testimonials from participants and family members.
