## Description

Strive Funds, based in Columbus, OH, is a brand dedicated to corporate governance and serving the financial interests of its clients. Their sole goal is to help maximize long-term value for their clients by advocating for excellence in corporate America. Strive believes in engagement rather than divestment and leverages their vote and voice to maximize shareholder value. Their approach is guided by principles such as being mission-driven, financially responsible, customer-centric, and meritocratic. Strive utilizes four levers of engagement to mandate the pursuit of excellence and maximize value for their clients. These levers include shareholder proposals, shareholder voting, public engagement, and private engagement. By utilizing these levers, Strive ensures that companies prioritize the financial interests of their shareholders. Strive has a track record of actively engaging with portfolio companies, advocating for the pecuniary interests of their clients. They have addressed concerns over diversity policies, influenced board elections, and pushed for decisions based on long-term profitability.
