## Description

Strive4Purpose is a recovery and personal development initiative led by Eric Hall, a former University of South Dakota Division II basketball player, speaker, and coach. Drawing on his lived experience with addiction, shame, trauma, and recovery, Hall helps people examine the patterns and identities that can keep them stuck and build a more purposeful path forward. His work combines the discipline of an athlete with candid, practical conversations about the challenges of change.

Strive4Purpose offers keynote talks and private one-on-one coaching, available virtually or in person depending on location. Hall’s six speaking topics include addiction and manageability, love and codependency, his journey from athlete to recovery, shame and emotional processing, identity, and self-sabotage. Coaching is intended for people in active recovery, early sobriety, or questioning their relationship with substances, behaviors, or recurring patterns. Sessions address topics such as relapse prevention, relationships, purpose, and daily recovery. Coaching is offered on a sliding scale, with free introductory calls and donations supporting accessible services.
