## Description

Stuart Greenfield is a marine artist based in Cowes on the Isle of Wight, creating original oil paintings of yachts, coastlines and lighthouses. His work is shaped by decades of offshore sailing, including more than 200 RORC races and 14 Fastnet races. That experience informs his eye for how a yacht sits under sail and how light and sea define a moment.

Greenfield paints commissioned portraits for owners who want to mark a race, a passage, family summers or years spent with a boat. Clients provide photographs and share the yacht’s story; together, they agree on the view, sea and size before work begins, and can follow the painting as it develops.
