Craving tools include tapping Nik and guided breathing. Their personal reasons for quitting can also appear as encouragement when urges arise, and AI-written roasts give Nik a fresh, personalized voice.

Users can choose an enemy type and Nik’s personality, which shapes his taunts and reactions throughout the journey.
