## Description

LUMI.Studio is a welcoming space in Cologne dedicated to women’s wellbeing, connection, and creative exploration. Bringing together yoga, Ayurveda, and art, the studio offers a gentle environment for visitors to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and find moments of calm. Its yoga practice includes Yin, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra, with a course schedule available for participants. The studio also provides Ayurvedic bodywork and massage for women, alongside individual support. Events and workshops invite people to explore and deepen their practice through creative activities such as clay work, cacao, and journaling. LUMI.Studio also hosts spaces for conversation and mutual support, including women’s and endometriosis circles. Its approach recognises that energy and needs can change across different phases of life, making room for both activity and rest. The studio welcomes people who identify as women, girls, or female, regardless of biological sex, lifestyle, or background. LUMI.Studio also shares conversations about holistic women’s health, cycle awareness, and self-care through the SOMA TALK podcast.
