## Description

Studio 18 Malta is a learning organisation focused on helping young people and teams develop their potential through creativity and theatre-based tools. Its work supports employability, personal development and wellness, giving young people space to thrive while helping organisations strengthen performance. Over the past decade, Studio 18 has worked with thousands of young people through corporate training, learning programmes, workshops and performances.

The organisation offers team-building experiences, actor coaching, leadership development for senior leaders and managers, and one-to-one leadership coaching. Its programmes are designed to build entrepreneurs, creatives, leaders and more balanced individuals, with learning tailored to people’s development needs. Studio 18 also provides Theatre for Young Audiences, corporate training, development programmes and individual coaching programmes. By bringing creative practice into learning, Studio 18 aims to help participants upgrade their skills, build confidence and turn their potential into performance. The organisation works with both young people and corporate teams, connecting personal growth with practical development in a supportive learning environment.
