## Description

STUDIO 818 is a South Florida interior architecture and design firm focused on complex residential projects, including estate renovations, architectural expansions, and custom homes built from the ground up. Led by NCIDQ-licensed Interior Architect Janie Micek and developer John-Paul Micek, the studio combines modern design expertise with experience in real estate investment and residential development. Its principals have designed, planned, and overseen construction for more than 50 luxury homes, informing an owner-investor approach that aligns a client’s vision, project scope, construction realities, and investment from the outset.

Through its Design Execution Framework, STUDIO 818 guides projects from strategic pre-construction planning through design, construction coordination, and fully furnished move-in. The studio also prepares Feasibility Briefs, assessing a property’s potential, constraints, scope, and realistic investment range to help clients make informed decisions before committing to construction. Its services include custom home design, architectural expansions, estate renovations, and furniture and furnishings. By coordinating design details and working with builders and other trades, STUDIO 818 aims to deliver a clear, carefully managed path from initial plans to a completed home.
