## Description

Studio Eight Films creates personal documentary wedding films on authentic Kodak Super 8mm film. Based in Belfast and Cornwall, the studio works across Ireland, the UK and worldwide, capturing weddings in a natural, unobtrusive way. Its approach prioritises presence and emotion over performance or perfection, aiming to preserve the atmosphere of a wedding as it unfolds.

Using vintage cameras and the distinctive qualities of Super 8, Studio Eight Films makes films known for their characteristic warmth in the way they capture light and movement. The result is a timeless, memory-like record of a celebration, shaped by the medium’s visual character rather than a polished or staged style. The studio’s offering focuses on Super 8 wedding films, with prospective clients able to enquire directly about filming in Ireland, the UK or elsewhere around the world. Studio Eight Films shares its work through a collection of films and provides information about its approach and services on its website. For enquiries, the studio can be contacted at hello@studioeightfilms.com.
