Studiostone Creative is a brand that believes everyone, regardless of age, should have the opportunity to carve stone using the right tools and instructions. This vision was born when a school teacher approached Oliver, a professional sculptor with 20 years of experience, and asked him to teach stone carving to elementary school students. Inspired by the idea of making stone carving accessible and fun, Studiostone Creative developed a 90-minute in-school stone carving program, which has been a tremendous success, with over 10,000 students participating each year. Building on this success, Studiostone Creative created soapstone carving kits for home use. These kits include a premium hand-cut stone, custom-designed tools, supplies, and step-by-step instructions, making the stone carving process both educational and enjoyable. With an emphasis on combining fun, learning, and creativity, Studiostone Creative aims to make sculpture accessible to all ages. Led by Oliver and supported by Jocelyne, another accomplished stone sculptor, Studiostone Creative has received recognition for its product design and business initiatives, including accolades such as Best New Product at the Seattle Gift Show and Top 3 Best Concept from Small Business B.C. Their goal is to provide a wonderful creative experience for all, and they invite you to try their stone carving kits and in-school programs.
