## Description

Stutzenverein Dümmlinghausen-Hesselbach 1920 e.V. is a community-focused shooting and social club in the Oberberg region of Germany. Founded in 1920, it describes itself as a welcoming, informal association dedicated to friendship, village solidarity, and preserving old traditions while creating new ones. The club is a member of the Oberbergischer Schützenbund, which it helped establish in 1924 alongside other local clubs.

Throughout the year, members organize events including a May celebration, friendly shooting competitions, the annual Schützenfest, and the village’s “Anknipsfest.” The club also joins celebrations hosted by its partner associations. Its activities bring together adults, young people, and children, with a youth section, light-point rifle training, and the children’s dance group Die Platzpatrönchen. Annual bird-shooting competitions recognize the club’s king and queen, emperor, prince and princess, and other representatives, while children take part in an armbrust competition. Visitors and prospective members are invited to attend events and experience the club’s social life and traditions.
