## Description

Suburb Run is an activity platform designed to make walking, jogging, and running more interesting by helping people explore their surroundings through planned courses. Its approach combines exercise with discovery, personal challenges, and opportunities to take part with friends, family, or the wider community. Courses are intended for experienced runners as well as beginners and non-runners, and the site also welcomes families with children and dog walkers.

The platform offers four course formats. Cruise Control follows a predefined route over a fixed distance, while Line courses take participants through a set route in a specified order. Score courses challenge users to visit controls in any order and maximise their score within a time limit. Scatter courses ask participants to collect controls as quickly as possible, choosing their own route. To take part, users unlock a course, travel to its starting area, record their activity with a GPS device, and upload the route to the website to view results.
