## Description

Sugar Sense is an independent glucose-monitoring app designed to help people with diabetes track readings and keep trusted family members informed. It works with FreeStyle Libre 2 and 3 through LibreLinkUp, Dexcom G6, G7 and ONE through Dexcom Share, and Nightscout. Users can also connect glucose data from Apple Health or Android Health Connect, or enter readings manually. No additional sensor or hardware is required.

The app provides real-time glucose readings and customizable alerts for high, low, rapid changes and predicted lows. Users can view glucose levels and trends on iPhone and Android, Apple Watch and Wear OS, as well as through widgets, Lock Screen and Dynamic Island displays. Additional integrations include Garmin watches, a web dashboard, browser extensions, desktop apps and Amazon Alexa.

Sugar Sense also offers Care Circle sharing, so family members and caregivers can follow readings and receive alerts, with an optional emergency call. Tracking tools include Time in Range statistics, meal and activity logging, an AI-assisted food-photo carbohydrate estimate and dose-free pattern insights.
