## Description

Summit City Elite is a grassroots basketball program serving players in Northeast Indiana, with high school and middle school opportunities. Founded in 2020 by area coach and former player Logan Traylor, the organization focuses on building skills, relationships, and a supportive basketball community. Its coaches hold NCAA and USA Basketball licenses and certifications, and many also coach at the high school level. The program reports six years in business, 14 teams in 2025, and 23 players who have gone on to college basketball.

Summit City Elite offers year-round training and competition. Its core spring and summer AAU season includes evaluations, team practices, and weekend tournaments. Additional options include winter and summer small-group or private instruction, skill clinics focused on areas such as shooting and scoring, and a planned 10-week fall mini-season beginning in 2026. Players can also join the Summit Summer League, featuring weekly team changes, a shot clock, and an Elam Ending. Private training can be tailored to individual development and combined with travel-team participation.
