SurfEars is a Sweden-based brand from Ear Labs AB, created to help people enjoy water sports while protecting their ears and staying connected to their surroundings. Founded in 2011 by surfer Christian Dittrich after he experienced an ear infection associated with cold-water surfing, the company developed a vented earplug that keeps water out while allowing sound and pressure to pass naturally. SurfEars launched its first version in 2014 and has continued refining its design for comfort, durability, and performance.

Its flagship SurfEars 4.0 earplugs are designed for surfers, swimmers, divers, kayakers, and children. They feature a vented membrane, a secure fit system, interchangeable parts, and multiple gel and wing sizes to accommodate different ears.
