Through their innovative Thruster Model, which is based on the design of a three fin Thruster surfboard, Surfing The Nations aims to establish seven bases in six regions around the world in the coming years. Their goal is to see the Thruster Model implemented at each of these locations, including Hawaii, California, Sweden, and Sri Lanka. Tom and Cindy Bauer, the founders, are dedicated to seeing transformation happen in communities globally. Together, they have created a revolutionary movement centered around a mission of selfless service and positive change. Whether they are leading teams to far-off risky places or speaking at various organizations worldwide, their commitment to Surfing The Nations is unwavering.
