The Western Surfing Association (WSA) is the oldest and largest amateur surf series on the West Coast. Established in 1961, WSA is a California non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting and preserving the sport of surfing through exciting and family-oriented surf competitions. As an official West Coast member organization of USA Surfing, WSA offers its members the opportunity to earn entry into prestigious events like the USA Surfing Prime and USA Surfing Championships and Team Trials. When you become a WSA member for the 2023-2024 season, you'll receive a competition t-shirt and be eligible to surf in the thrilling Salt Life West Coast Championships Tour. Additionally, WSA expresses heartfelt gratitude to its sponsors who contribute everything from food and drinks to prizes, wax, and sunscreen, making these competitions possible.
