## Description

Surreal, formerly known as Muso, is a live entertainment management platform designed for booking agencies, venues, hospitality groups and entertainers. Trusted by more than 900 venues across Australia, the UK and New Zealand, it supports over 200,000 events each year. The platform brings entertainment booking, promotion and payment workflows together, helping teams reduce manual administration and coordinate activity across multiple venues.

Agencies can schedule performances, check entertainer availability, manage artist profiles and send event reminders. Venues and hospitality groups can oversee bookings across their portfolios, promote events and consolidate entertainer payments. Built-in chat, artist briefs and worksheets help keep communication and event details organised, while invoicing and payment tools streamline financial administration. Surreal also offers compliance support for local tax and employment requirements, with finance features available in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

The service includes analytics integrations for entertainment data, onboarding tools for artists and venues, and support resources such as a help centre and product demos.
