# Survivalgroep Hang-On - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `survivalgroephang-on.nl` ## Description Survivalgroep Hang-On is a Dutch foundation and sports club dedicated to survival running and obstacle running. Its name reflects the β€œHang-On” mentality: persevering through physical and mental challenges, holding on when things get difficult, and achieving a personal goal. For some participants, that means completing competitive events; for others, it means keeping the red wristband awarded during a run. The group trains members to take part in survival and obstacle runs, which combine running across varied terrain with obstacles such as rope courses, nets, beams and tires. Courses may also include activities like kayaking, zip-lining, archery, and chopping or sawing wood. Hang-On offers trial training sessions and information for prospective members, and organizes survival parties, clinics and other activities for participants of different backgrounds. It also stages the Hang-On Run and promotes the sport through training and participation in sports engagement programs. Through its annual Survival for Life project, the foundation raises money for a cause related to cancer. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Running _(under Sports)_ - 🏈 Extreme Sports _(under Sports)_ - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure - 🎸 Camping Scouting and Outdoors _(under Hobbies and Leisure)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/stichting.survivalgroephangon) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ β€” PNG β€” [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idKSLfTRZc/w/137/h/90/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793529884429) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Vermilion | #f44a00 | accent | | Korma | #92400e | dark | | Goldenrod | #ffcb70 | light | ## Fonts - Arial β€” asset _(custom)_ - Arial β€” asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
