Survivor Tails Animal Rescue is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization that is dedicated to saving the lives of homeless, neglected, and abused dogs and cats. Our main goal is to rescue, rehome, and rehabilitate these animals, providing them with the love and care they deserve. Our mission goes beyond just finding forever homes for these animals.

We also strive to reduce the euthanasia rates of high-kill shelters by promoting adoption and raising awareness about the importance of spaying/neutering and microchipping pets. As a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Boston, MA, we work closely with communities and like-minded organizations to address the issue of overpopulation. We rescue dogs and cats from high-kill shelters, particularly in the south, where spay/neuter laws are not as strict.

Survivor Tails Animal Rescue is not a shelter facility, but instead relies on a devoted network of foster families who provide temporary homes for the animals until they find their forever families.
