## Description

Future Aero Lab is a global fast-track program that connects aviation-focused founders with researchers, investors, industry leaders, and expert mentors. An initiative of ZAL Zentrum für Angewandte Luftfahrtforschung GmbH, the Lab supports innovation and helps accelerate the future of aviation through recurring sessions and practical connections.

Startups can apply to its mentoring program for access to Lab Sessions, industry experts, leading investors, masterclasses, events, and networking opportunities. Participants also receive fast-track access to the ZAL Center of Applied Aeronautical Research and direct connections to Hamburg Invest and local partners. The program welcomes aviation startups from early to growth stages, alongside students, airlines, aircraft manufacturers, maintenance providers, suppliers, service companies, and aviation-focused investors.

The Lab reports mentoring more than 100 startups and engaging over 100 aviation experts and mentors in the past five years; its startups achieved $500 million in valuation. It also initiated the Future Aero Festival, an event bringing together aviation innovators, startups, and investors.
