Sustainable Food Places is an innovative initiative dedicated to establishing healthy and sustainable food systems as a cornerstone of communities across the UK. The organization also hosts the Sustainable Food Places Awards to honor communities for their holistic and collective efforts in transforming local food ecosystems. 

Sustainable Food Places is fundamentally anchored in principles of diversity and inclusion, exemplified by its REDI for Change ethos. By engaging communities through events and campaigns—like the 'Eat a Rainbow' initiative—Sustainable Food Places strives to nurture a future where nutritious, sustainable food is readily accessible to all. Their efforts are further supported by organizations such as the Soil Association and The National Lottery Community Fund.
