SUTRAPPEC, the Sindicato Unitario de Trabajadores de Pluspetrol Peru Corporation, is a non-profit labor organization that unites workers without distinction to defend, uphold, disseminate, and demand the fulfillment of their rights as workers-citizens. Our mission is to improve their working conditions through interactions with our employer, the Ministry of Labor, and related entities. We foster and recognize willingness and actions among our members for collective well-being, respect, effective and transparent communication, solidarity, responsibility, strength, and integrity to enhance our institution, work, and country.

Our team, led by José Huallpa as the Secretary General, includes dedicated individuals like Miguel Castillo, José Silvestre, Miguel Jorge Anyosa, Sandy Pizarro, Martín Neyra, Erick Aguilar, and Juan José De la Cruz, each contributing their expertise to our cause.
