## Description

Sportverein Gals is a community sports and activities club based in Gals, offering opportunities for people of different ages to participate, volunteer, and enjoy time together. Its main sports are streethockey and beach volleyball. The streethockey season runs from September through April or May, with teams for junior players and adults; newcomers are welcome to join. The club also hosts a beach-volleyball tournament in June or July, with event schedules and registration information shared through its website and newsletter.

Beyond sport, Sportverein Gals organizes cultural and social events throughout the year. Its annual theatre performances bring together entertainment and food over several evenings, while club outings and activities for children provide further ways to take part. The club also holds seasonal events and publishes news, calendars, photo galleries, and match information for its community. For private gatherings, it offers its Schützenhaus for rental and provides a contact address for enquiries.
