## Description

SVITLO PARK is a residential development in Kyiv designed as a “city within a city,” combining contemporary architecture, homes and everyday amenities in a landscaped setting. The project offers apartments, including completed homes available for selection, and provides options to browse layouts and arrange a viewing. Its location on Stolychne Highway is presented as convenient for access to key city routes, with Vydubychi Metro about 900 metres away and nearby parks, lakes, the Dnipro River and shopping centres.

Residents can enjoy a private courtyard park with a 900-metre promenade, green spaces, lounge and barbecue areas, running and cycling paths, and sports and children’s playgrounds. Other planned amenities include a dry fountain, dog areas, parent-and-child rooms, and storage spaces for bicycles and strollers. Parking is available above and below ground, with electric-vehicle charging points.

The development’s wider infrastructure includes kindergartens, a school, a hospital, a supermarket, shops, cafés, a sports club with a pool, banks and beauty salons.
