## Description

Ashita e Mukatte is a social welfare corporation in Japan that supports people with disabilities to develop independence and build meaningful connections with society. Its approach looks beyond conventional welfare by creating work opportunities that value each person’s abilities, interests, and individuality. The organization emphasizes participation, enriching community life, and improving workers’ earnings, including through small increases in wages.

Its employment and creative activities include Workshop Tachibana, Scrum Art Studio Kokoro no Iro, Pupuuru confectionery workshop, Myself, and Cafe Original Smile. Participants can engage in art, baking, café work, and other activities that connect personal interests with work. The organization also creates opportunities for expression and community participation through fashion shows, Yosakoi dance, gamelan music, and art projects.

Ashita e Mukatte promotes cultural exchange with people overseas, using international interaction to explore inclusive approaches to welfare and everyday life. It also provides consultation support for people with disabilities, including those who need mental health, medical care, or intensive behavioral support.
