## Description

SweetThorn Thought Leadership helps organizations improve supply chain operations through the effective use of SAP tools and standard SAP ERP functionality. Its approach challenges traditional thinking, inspires employees to recognize the capabilities already available in their systems, and educates teams to support strategic supply chain optimization. The company focuses on helping businesses direct resources effectively, reduce operating costs, and build more resilient operations, particularly amid economic uncertainty and disruption.

Its services include supply chain business maturity and optimization work, SAP S/4HANA readiness assessments, in-house supply chain optimization bootcamps, and executive, leadership, and business coaching. SweetThorn also offers coaching and mentoring, alongside education, training, and change management across integrated supply chains. Its guidance addresses practical operational topics such as planning, materials requirements planning, inventory, safety stock, maintenance, and supply chain visibility. Through case studies, articles, and client-focused insights, SweetThorn shares ways organizations can use SAP’s standard capabilities to strengthen day-to-day processes and advance broader supply chain objectives.
