Swift Education Systems is an EdTech startup based in Chicago, Illinois, with strong university roots. We specialize in developing teacher-friendly instructional technology for K-12 and University classrooms. Our flagship product, DiLL, is a software-based alternative to the traditional language lab, designed to enhance real-time conversation practice and improve oral fluency among language students.

DiLL began as an academic project at Northwestern University in 2004, aiming to create an all-software, user-friendly, and reliable solution without the need for proprietary hardware. Through iterative cycles and guidance from university professors and students, DiLL evolved into a cutting-edge platform. Its success was demonstrated when District 214, a renowned school district, adopted it in 2006 and continues to use it across all their high school campuses today.

In 2012, DiLL was spun-off from Northwestern and exclusively licensed to Swift Education Systems. Since then, our team has been working tirelessly to enhance and expand the DiLL platform. Today, we proudly serve over 150 schools across the U.
