## Description

Swimcove Aquatics Club is a family-focused swim school preparing to open in Barrie, Ontario, in spring 2027. Created by parents, the club aims to help children build water confidence, develop essential safety skills, and enjoy learning to swim. Its custom curriculum draws on Lifesaving Society standards, international swim programs, and child development principles.

Programs are designed for children aged four months and up, from gentle Water Discovery classes for babies and toddlers to Core Skills lessons for preschoolers and Skill Refinement for older children. Small classes support personalized instruction, with stated ratios of three swimmers per instructor for group levels ages three and up and five per instructor for Parent & Tot classes. Lessons will take place in a heated saltwater pool with shallow and deep learning areas, supporting guided skill development in varied water depths.

Located at 142 Commerce Park Drive in Barrie’s south end, Swimcove also offers families a free early-registration list for priority access to enrolment updates.
