## Description

Swimpros is a performance swim camp brand offering focused training for competitive swimmers aged 8–20. Its camps take place in Tenerife and serve two groups: Juniors aged 8–12 and Elite swimmers aged 13–20. Depending on the camp, programmes run for around 9–11 days and are available during school holiday periods, including New Year, Easter, summer and October. Elite swimmers can choose residential or non-residential options, while Junior campers return to their families each evening.

The programme combines pool training with specialist coaching from Olympians and a coach-to-swimmer ratio of 1:8, or 1:6 for Juniors. Elite camps use an underwater filming flume to review technique, while both programmes include daily confidence sessions, mobility work and dryland training. Each swimmer receives a personalised Game Plan to share with their club coach. Swimpros also offers a personal-best guarantee: swimmers who do not achieve a PB at camp or within three months receive six months of free coaching through the Swimpros Academy. The brand was founded by London 2012 Olympian David Karasek.
