## Description

Deck is a ticketing and member-management platform for organisers building in-person communities, including run clubs, chess nights, supper clubs, padel socials, singles mixers, book clubs, coffee events and comedy nights. It brings event ticketing, attendee records, automated communications and community insights together, helping organisers spend less time managing disconnected tools and more time bringing people together.

Organisers can create ticket tiers, early-bird offers and add-ons; manage approvals, waitlists, transfers and refunds; and check in guests. Each attendee becomes a member with a history of events attended and referral information. Deck can automatically send welcome messages, event announcements, ticket reminders and follow-ups to members who have gone quiet. Its dashboard highlights attendance, revenue, fees, retention and returning members. Organisers can import event histories from Eventbrite, Luma or Ticket Tailor and export their data without lock-in.

Deck charges no fee to organisers for free events. Paid tickets carry a flat attendee-paid fee, while Deck Pro offers additional insights and tools.
