## Description

SwissBoardForum is an economically and politically independent Swiss association and nationwide platform for board members, focused on corporate governance and effective service on company and foundation boards. Its work centres on sharing experience through personal exchange and practical knowledge. Members can join regular events on board-related topics and governance, held throughout Switzerland, and connect with a cross-regional, cross-industry network of more than 700 board professionals. The forum also offers publications and learning resources, including a board handbook, practical articles, event materials, newsletters and partner publications. Members receive free participation in SwissBoardForum events, discounted annual subscriptions to selected media and access to benefits from selected partner companies. The site also shares news and information about open board mandates through its partner VR Management. Its experienced board brings a range of professional expertise and backgrounds. SwissBoardForum supports board and foundation-board members through opportunities to learn, exchange perspectives and strengthen their professional practice. Membership information, upcoming events, publications and contact details are available through the forum’s website.
