## Description

SwissTransfer is a file-transfer service from Infomaniak that helps individuals and organisations share large files quickly and securely. Users can send up to 50 GB per transfer for free, without creating an account, and recipients can download files without signing up or installing software. Transfers can be shared through a download link or sent directly by email, with options to set an expiry period, add a password and limit the number of downloads. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in Infomaniak data centres in Switzerland, and automatically deleted when the transfer expires. SwissTransfer supports all file types without converting or altering them, making it suitable for videos, photos, documents, archives, design projects, 3D models and backups. Its paid SwissTransfer Pro plans add features such as branded download pages, transfer history and unlimited downloads for recipients. Infomaniak also presents the service as privacy-conscious: it says it does not analyse file contents, sell data or use transferred files to train artificial intelligence models.
