## Description

Sydney Jones, LM, CPM, IBCLC, provides professional lactation care and postpartum support to families in San Francisco and throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Her services are designed to offer individualized, hands-on education and care at different stages of the feeding and postpartum journey.

Lactation support includes in-home visits for feeding concerns such as latching, infant weight gain, bottle feeding, pumping, milk supply, weaning, breast or nipple pain, and preparing to return to work. Sydney also offers prenatal consultations to help families develop a customized feeding plan before birth, as well as virtual consultations by video or phone for prenatal and postpartum clients.

Families can choose individualized in-home breastfeeding classes or a two-hour breastfeeding basics class with time for questions. Postpartum doula services are also available, including newborn and recovery care, light housework, errands, meal preparation, and education. Night support may be arranged. Visit lengths, availability, and travel fees vary by service and location; complex or high-risk lactation needs should be booked as a separate consultation.
